BMES current project in LIJA involves merging and restoring a 300 year old Palazzo and 400 year old Chapel with bespoke new and modern building materials, being sensitive to the old heritage features whilst mindful of renewable energy and eco solutions for energy efficiency. BMES work with the best in practice licensed Builders, Engineers, electricians and plumbers, architects and technology and Eco Solutions experts.
BMES showroom is a real-life trade boutique hotel (Palazzo) in LIJA. The trade hotel is the first of its kind in Europe where you get to see the products and technologies working in real life with the opportunity to touch, feel and understand the full benefits of the products and services that will help you with your decision making for your project.
BMES - Differentiation
BMES trade hotel is a showroom where you can see our products working in a real environment before making a purchase. When the trade hotel is completed, you get to stay for free if you place a large order as a wholesaler, retailer, or customer. While the trade hotel is under construction, you can visit our office. It's by appointment only so that we can deliver personalised service with a concierge feel while making sure your needs are being attended to. We will work with you for a week, a day or a couple of hours, whatever it takes as our customers are special.
